The minimum deposit is 10%.
100% Mortgages
Can I get a 100% mortgage?
It is no longer possible to obtain a 100% mortgage – even if it is part of a Shared Ownership/Shared Equity Scheme – subject to status and income
Buy-to-Let
What is the minimum deposit for a BTL mortgage?
The minimum deposit is currently 75% loan-to-value (LTV). Expert advice must first be sought from a licensed mortgage adviser before contemplating this market.
Commercial Mortgages
I need to expand my business premises, what options do I have?
It may be possible to obtain either a 'further advance' from your existing Lender, or - from other sources - a 're-mortgage' – to include the additional sum required, or a 'secured loan'.
Mortgage Protection
I am self-employed, how can I protect my mortgage payments?
It is possible to commence a policy against becoming 'involuntary insolvent' in order to protect your mortgage payments. Life and/or critical illness policies are also recommended. Income protection is also recommended, not only to protect your mortgage, but also to protect your general standard of living
